The Trinity Gift Shop is located on the first floor lobby of the main hospital. Gifts, cards, balloons, flowers and other personal items are available daily. For Gift Shop hours please call 205-592-1500.
Information Desk
Information Desks are located on the first floor lobby of the main hospital and onthe plaza level of the Professional Office Building. Volunteers are available to help your visitor find your room and other areas of the hospital.
The Chapel is located on the first floor of the West Tower and is always open to help meet the spiritual needs of patients and their families. Chaplains are also available 24-hours a day to meet your spiritual needs. Services are held each Sunday at 10 a.m. in the chapel. Tune into Channel 26 to watch chapel services.

Legacy Federal Credit Union has a branch office located in Professional Office Building 840. The ATM is located on the ground floor of the hospital near Admitting.
Parking
Monday through Friday, Trinity provides the following parking services for our patients and visitors:
- Valet service and wheelchair assistance - This service is located in front of Professional Office Building 860 but we will also be glad to assist those going to the main hospital. Valet service is available Monday - Friday only.
- Visitor Parking - Visitor Parking is available and attendants are on site to assist patients and visitors Monday - Friday from 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. and on weekends from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. There is a fee for parking. Weekly parking passes are available from the parking attendants.
- Information - Information on the location of Trinity services and the location of physician offices is available in any of our parking booths as well as from any valet staff member.
- Supervision - During the week, our valet and parking staff add an extra set of eyes to help us provide even greater presence in our parking areas so that we may better serve you.
For Valet Service and Visitor Parking we do charge a fee. Our fees, however, are the lowest in the Birmingham area. If you have a question or comment about any of our parking services, please call 205-592-1159.
Smoking
Trinity offers all patients, visitors, and employees a smoke-free environment as part of its committment to health and wellness. In compliance with local ordinance, Trinity's smoking policy prohibits anyone from smoking anywhere inside the hospital. If you wish to smoke, you will find designated smoking areas on the Plaza of the hospital and on the second florr behind the Surgical Intensive Care Unit.
Trinity Medical Inn
Trinity offers hotel-type guest rooms located on campus. These rooms provide a comfortable and convenient means for the family to remain close to patients during the hospital stay. For more information or to make a reservation, call 205-592-5910.
Vending Machines
Just inside the cafeteria is the vending area. Open 24 hours every day.
Wall Street Deli
Wall Street Deli is located on the plaze level of Professional Office Building 860. It offers breakfast, hot and cold sandwiches and dessert in a comfortable, relaxed setting. Open Monday through Friday, 7am to 3pm.
